I'm a landlord and developer. I was first introduced to Jake from your space Innovations when a there was a problem with a joining Properties roof I was developing. The neighbour had several contractors out they were unable to solve the problem. From a recommendation I asked Jake to inspect. He identified the problem and gave a reasonable quotation for works. This was over a year ago and I've had no further problems. Since then I've used Jake several times and have always found him to be honest with me and offer the best solution. I'm happy to recommend him.

Had Jake out for a roof inspection and report, I can not recommend highly enough, he was professional, compassionate and pointed out all issues with roof leak that had been ongoing for 8-10years. I had been failed by bcc and he did an in depth report followed by amazon quality photos and video. Thanx to this company im finally being listened to and can't thank them enough. I was ready to give up and they gave me the reason to keep fighting for myself and children
