Zeal are based in the East Midlands on the outskirts of Chesterfield with excellent logistical links due across the UK via the M1 corridor. We specialise in PCB Assembly (SMT and Through Hole) but also offer services including Loom and Cable assembly, Product Testing, Box Build, Procurement, Engraving, Plastic Fabrication and Bending. Quality Production is achieved by our 2 fully automated pick and place surface mount machines, complemented by a four stage reflow oven our wave solder machines, solder paste screen printing equipment and the necessary conventional, testing and inspection equipment. We also have a very cable computerised engraving facility and all of this is supported by our BS EN9001:2008 accredited Quality System and from our highly skilled workforce whom of which are all trained to the IPC-A-610 standard.
