Biodegradable Foam
ZOUCH ecoCell is a biodegradable foam that is an environmentally sustainable, 100% compostable, non-toxic packaging foam.
It is a starch-based material that is entirely unique, with exceptional cushioning and thermal insulating properties, all while protecting our planet.
Manufactured from corn starch, ZOUCH ecoCell is the most flexible and convenient of any packaging material for clean disposal − going farther than just recycling. It can be dissolved in a sink for quick, safe and easy disposal. It even decomposes in seawater and freshwater!

Closed Cell Polyethylene Foam (PE Foam)
Our innovative ZOUCH eFoam range features some of the most diverse, high-quality and high density foams available today.
Our PE foam is low-cost, lightweight and created from high performance materials we’re proud to produce. Our closed cell polyethylene foams are robust and made using physical manufacture (IXPE) and chemical cross linking (XLPE), all available in extruded sheets, rolls or blocks (buns).
Our eFoams are used in a growing range of sectors, including high-contact sports, protective packaging, automotive components, construction, healthcare, military and marine. Once they’ve been cross-linked, they’re also much stronger, denser and heavier than the open cell variety, with better insulating properties (we call these U values), suitable for vehicles, buildings and appliances.
We can add EVA or metallocene to closed cell foams to make them softer and more elastic, or use flame-retardant additives to meet demanding automotive, aerospace, electronic and building regulations.

Filtration Foams
Filtration Foam is Polyurethane based with either a Polyester or Polyether Polyol and created by removing cell membranes from within through a process known as reticulation.
This creates an open, almost net like structure within the foam allowing for a low flow restriction giving particles the freedom to pass through while dust and other unwanted particles are trapped within the cells of the reticulated foam.

Expanding Foam and Joint Sealing Tapes
We're manufacturers of ZOUCH Expandafoam BG1, a PUR joint sealing tape impregnated with a fire resistant polymeric dispersion. It is specially designed for joints in buildings up to 100m high, in accordance with DIN 18055.
ZOUCH Expandafoam BG1 fulfils the stringent requirements of the DIN 18542 edition 2009.
In addition to providing protection against driving rain to a minimum of 600 Pa (equivalent to wind force 11 − Violent Storm) the vapour permeable joint sealing tape also possesses outstanding thermal and acoustic characteristics, as well as allowing for diurnal movement.

PPE Social Distancing Barriers

Our social distancing barriers come in a muted steel grey and are ideal for workplaces such as warehouses, production lines, office spaces and hair salons, enabling appropriate distances to be maintained in areas likely to have higher foot traffic.
The barriers are made from EB-Flute board with an outer coated lining that is easily cleaned by wiping gently with a very light spray of antibacterial alcohol or disinfectant.
