We can manufacture products for the medical, pharmaceutical and healthcare, and catering sectors where easy cleaning and hygiene is a priority. These products can be rigid, flexible, and co-extruded tubes for the medical sector, component parts for hospital installations, catering services for hospitality, cold rooms, kitchens, changing and shower rooms, wet rooms for sports and leisure, flooring components, to name but a few.
Profiles for hygienic ceiling cladding systems, bathroom and washroom trims, shower rails, coving and skirting, and bump rails for wall protection can be manufactured in various plastics materials and colours. To ensure the highest levels of hygiene anti-bacterial or anti-fungal additives can be added to help control and prevent cross-contamination and virus spread. The advantages of plastic are durability, easy cleaning and maintenance, versatility and cost-efficiency.

DW Plastics’ technical team welcomes the opportunity of working closely with customers to develop bespoke plastic extrusion components for safety products to ensure that they comply with hygiene, fire and Health & Safety regulations. Products such as protective edge and corner strips, hygienic cladding profiles, fire blanket holders, and sealing strips, to name but a few, can be extruded to customer specifications.

In addition to a wide range of custom-made PVC extrusions, D W Plastics has the tooling for a variety of high-quality, standard, made-to-order plastic extrusion products. We do not hold stock but attempt a quick turnaround from date of order to delivery, normally within 2 to 3 weeks.
White plastic profiles made from rigid PVC, such as self-adhesive mini-trunking, partition joints and division bars, angle profiles used for beading, corner covers, guards and protectors, capping and edging trims (J and C joints), H and T-sections, U-channels and plastic strapping are available in different sizes.
