Fireflex® is an evolution of our extremely popular Moduflex open plan temporary building solution with the added benefit of having a fire rated performance to protect your people on site.
The Elliott Fireflex modular building system has been specifically designed to provide enhanced fire protection to help operators meet the requirement of The Joint Code of Practice on the Protection from Fire of Construction Sites and Buildings Undergoing Renovations publication entitled “Fire Prevention on Construction Sites”, 9th Edition.
The structure of Fireflex forms a fire rated enclosure to the module which exceeds the requirements of the Joint Code of Practice (JCOP) with each element of the building providing a minimum performance of 60 minutes and provides a high level of fire protection to both the occupants of the modular structure and adjacent buildings and properties.
Fireflex has been independently assessed by Exova Warringtonfire. It is for use as single, two or three-storey buildings in applications exempt from the requirements of local Building Regulations and Standards.

The Elliott Fire Rated Eco Cabin is designed to be used within 6 metres of an existing structure and/or the building under construction to comply with current guidance on fire safety. It is the perfect solution for use in major cities.
Elliott Fire Rated Eco Cabins are low maintenance security buildings designed, manufactured and independently tested to meet clause 13.3 (Version 9) of the Joint Code of Practice on the Protection from Fire of Construction Sites and Buildings Undergoing Renovation and, therefore, offer the best of protection in the event of fire.
Independent analysis by Warrington Certification (previously called Warrington Fire Research Centre) found that Fire Rated Eco Cabins provided by Elliott can contain fire for a full 60 minutes − double the minimum requirement of BS476. Despite maximum internal temperatures of 1100°C the structural integrity of the building remained intact.
In addition to providing fire protection these buildings are designed and manufactured to an Anti-Vandal specification with robust steel construction giving resistance against theft and vandalism. Environmentally friendly features that come ready installed help to reduce energy use resulting in lower energy costs.

Single Flushing Portable Toilet
A high specification flushing portable toilet when you don’t have access to mains water and drainage. Hand washing is provided by traditional soap and clean water. A translucent roof allows ample daylight into the toilet area which is provided with vent pipe to ensure escape of any odours.

Elliott Crowd control barriers are useful for creating pedestrian walkways and queuing systems or to keep guests segregated into separate areas.
Crowd barriers can also be used in the construction industry to prevent workers from entering a dangerous site area or to ensure non-personnel are aware of the outside boundaries of a site and know where they are unable to walk.
