Power & Signal Connectors

The Intercontec range of Power and Signal connectors are the first and unique Hybrid connectors with 5x Power & 6x Signal contacts plus 1x Quadrax Element (Bus module) for fast industrial ethernet connections. With a ready-to-assemble, separately shielded Ethernet Element the Hybrid Connector creates new possibilities. The Hybrid connectors meet the higher electric strength requirements when daisy-chaining decentrally controlled Servo Motors for example, it is possible to run 850VDC at up to 30A of current and are suitable for up to 4mm cross section wire.

Special & Bespoke Cable Glands

In addition to one of the broadest ranges of standard products in the industry Bimed has the ability to design and manufacture bespoke cable glands especially for customer applications.
Many of the products manufactured by Bimed are designed and manufactured for special applications. These custom parts can be produced by either modifying existing injection tools or realising completely new tools.

Our Servo Motor and Feedback cables are available in a wide variety of styles compatible with all of the major servo motor and drives manufacturers including Siemens, Bosch-Rexroth, Danaher, Control Techniques, Lenze, ABB, B&R, Heidenhain, Baumueller and Sick-Stegmann. Our Industrial Automation Cables are designed for use in chain and high flex environments delivering high reliability together with a long service life. All cables are manufactured according to the DESINA® standard and are UL and CSA compliant.
