SNAKE − Fibre Optic Cable Detection System

SNAKE − Fibre Optic Cable Detection System

SNAKE is a perimeter protection system that uses fibre optic cable as the detection medium, suitable for internal and external applications.
It uses opto-phonic technology to detect all typical attempts to climb, cut or break through a fence and for internal applications it can indicate attempts to break through or penetrate a wall.

The advantages that fibre optic technology bring to fence mounted perimeter detection systems are, among many, accurate detection, the ability to cover long distances without the need for intermediate power supplies and in particular the complete immunity to high frequency interference from high voltage lines or atmospheric disturbances.

PPS - An Evolution of the GPS Buried Tube System

Buried Point ID Perimeter System.
PPS (Positional Perimeter System) is an evolution of the traditional GPS buried tube system, based on the monitoring of pressure differentials.
Murena - Doppler Microwave

Murena - Doppler Microwave

12/24m Doppler Microwave with Unique Range Cut-off.

Murena is a volumetric microwave sensor, using the Doppler effect and digital signal processing, for external protection, now with IP PoE capability.
This unit has a very high signal/noise ratio, especially for very low frequencies, which relate to slow movements across the protection field. In this way there is a drastic reduction in the sensitivity differences between longitudinal movement and transverse movements through the protection field, characteristic in most Doppler effect sensors.

The on-board microprocessor, using appropriate algorithms can measure the distance and the mass of the object moving in the detection field, analysing all the received data using “Fuzzy” logic.
SIOUX - Perimeter Intrusion Detection System

SIOUX - Perimeter Intrusion Detection System

The Sioux-Master and Sioux-Slave sensors are interconnected using pre-assembled cables and connectors. The various lengths of these cables allow different spacing between sensors for different types of fence structure.

Groups of Master sensors with associated slaves (6 per Master) are fitted to the fence and connected as a serial chain back to a Control Unit, which can monitor two separate chains (or Lines) with up to 10 Master sensors and associated Slave sensors per line.
