Porting
Number Porting is a service used when you move your existing landline number from your current provider to a new provider. You would port your phone number if you were moving premises and because your new premises are outside your current Local Exchange Area.
There are many other reasons why you might want to port your phone number away from your existing provider to our network, including but not restricted to:
To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your phone services by enhancing the available features.
Significantly reducing the cost of your telephone service and so making your business more profitable.
When moving to a different town, different part of town, or abroad you want to keep your existing number so you can keep in touch with your customers.
Your business is located in multiple locations or your staff is working from home or on the move.
You are unhappy with your current telephone service provider because they do not offer competitive pricing or their feature set.
Your staff want to make and receive calls using different devices.
To receive calls from your landline to mobile because you are constantly on the move.

03 Phone Numbers
03 numbers are phone numbers that cover the whole of the UK including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
This means you can have one single telephone number and it doesn’t matter where you are based in the UK. 03 numbers are also known as non- geographic numbers and could also be called national numbers.
Our 03 telephone numbers cost the same to call as UK City numbers that begin 01 and 02. They are classed as ‘inclusive’ when calling plans exist on landlines and mobiles in the UK.
