Call Routing Management
Call Groups, Hunt Groups and Follow Me − allow groups of people to receive incoming calls at the same time or in sequence. Irrespective of whether receiving calls to VoIP devices, landlines and mobiles
Voice Menus, Call Attendant, IVR and Auto Attendant − press 1 for X, and 2 for Y, etc. to connect to groups or individuals or to hear extended options
Time of Day Routing and Time Diaries − route calls to staff or groups dependant on times of the day and staff availability
Date or Calendar Based Routing − route calls to staff or groups dependent on the calendar date and public holidays
Caller ID Based Routing − route calls to users and groups dependent on the callers full or partial caller ID
Call Forwarding and Call Divert − send calls to existing landlines and mobiles anywhere in the world. Divert to BT, Vodafone, TalkTalk, Virgin and all other telecoms service provider.
Store Preconfigured call routes − create a library of call routes for use in the system and apply them as required.

Number Porting is a service used when you move your existing landline number from your current provider to a new provider. You would port your phone number if you were moving premises and because your new premises are outside your current Local Exchange Area.
