Ribbed MDF Panels
Reeded, Beaded or Ribbed MDF Panels, as we prefer to call our popular decorative wall panel solution, are suitable for a number of applications including restaurant wall cladding, cladding for bar fronts and many other domestic and commercial purposes.
Our mini ribbed panelling is also suitable for creating ribbed drawer fronts and ribbed shaker doors for luxury wardrobe designs.
Made from Moisture Resistant MDF (MR MDF is better for painting) our Ribbed MDF panels are available primed or un-primed (raw) and in a range of standard sheets sizes. Our in-house capabilities also allow us to offer cut to size and spray finishing upon request.

30mm V Grooved Panels
Produced, in-house, from a high quality 12mm moisture resistant MDF, our 30mm V-Grooved MDF panel is just one example of our bespoke V-grooved MDF panel machining capabilities.
Available “off the shelf” (made to order, un-primed, with a short, 5-7 working day, lead time), this design offers a unique, modern design that can be readily ordered in its natural, un-painted, un-sanded state in full sheets with either portrait (tall and thin with the grooves running top to bottom) or landscape, short & wide, with grooves running top to bottom. Naturally, either option can be rotated to accommodate horizontal grooved design applications.
If you would like your panels cut to size, pre-primed (an online option) or prefinished in a particular spray finished colour, our in-house capabilities allows us to accommodate your request. Simply send us an email with your choice of colour, and/or size requirements, and we will get back to you with a quotation.

Spray Painting
Based in Northampton, our professional spray painting service is dedicated to providing the best possible finish and the best possible customer service to trade and non-trade customers alike.
All of our spraying is carried out in our state of the art, modern spray booth which is illuminated with the latest LED lighting technology and heated via natural gas (unfortunately, connecting to our Biomass heating system was not an option).
The heated booth allows us to speed up drying times, dramatically reduce lead times and ensures your project is completely dry prior to delivery.
In keeping with our ethical, environmentally focussed approach to everything we do, we only use, where possible, water based primers and only ever use water based tops coats.
