J-Flex Viton™ Sponge is a closed cell formulation that is manufactured with a continuous skin on both sides. The skin makes the sheet stronger and more tear resistant and even when the surface skin is punctured or cut; the sheets will not allow the passage of air or fluid between cells.

The non-absorbent sheets are highly compressible, resilient and lightweight and therefore provide good thermal insulation.

J-Flex Viton™ Sponge sheets have a service temperature of -25°C to 204°C, although elevated temperatures while under compression will have an adverse effect on the resilience of this material.

Produced from the highest grade of Polyurethane (Vulkollan®), we primarily offer Standard, High Grade (Ndi) and 2 part Profiled Blade.

Laminator Vacuum Seals
These can be extruded cords of varying diameters, or they can be made-to-order fabricated seals − as continuous ‘O’ rings or rectangular with vulcanised corner joints.

Metal detectable silicone sheet from J-Flex contains additives which are visible to metal detector scanning equipment, so that any rubber contamination in the food, drinks and pharmaceutical production process can be easily identified.

Note: J-Flex metal detectable silicone sheet is properly manufactured from approved ingredients; cured and additionally post cured to meet FDA compliancy requirements.
