Hydraulic Fence Post Driver

We have many unusual landscape maintenance machines in our hire fleet. One of them is the Hydraulic Fence Post Driver. It is designed to drive down solid or tubular posts & stakes, up to 2" (52mm) in diameter, into any type of soil. Applications include fences, road signs, crash barriers & tent anchors. It will handle larger posts if the soil is soft or if you drill a pilot hole.

The Post Driver is powered by a 30 litre hydraulic power pack (JCB or similar), so can easily be carried to inaccessible sites in an ATV or 4WD vehicle such as a Land Rover. You can rent it from us either for use with your own power pack, or complete with one of our packs. Pricing, of the driver with power pack, starts at £54 + vat for a part-day hire.
