Pillar Drills
Our new Meyer industrial pillar drills are available in various capacities for drilling steel of up to 50mm diameter hole size. These heavy-duty drilling machines are of a floor standing, geared head design and feature large tables and generous column diameters. Models are available for drilling and tapping on the same machine and many of the models features a coolant system. Tables can be raised and lowered and on some machines the head can be moved as well. The Meyer drilling machines are offered as both manual and automatic feed variations.

Waterjet Cutting Machines
A waterjet cutting machine is unique in its ability to cut both metallic and non-metallic material with a completely cold cutting process. Unlike thermal cutting processes, the profiled material has no heat affected zone (HAZ) which can potentially cause issues such as reduced mechanical strength or corrosion resistance. A CNC waterjet cutter is also able to process extremely thick material while still giving an excellent edge quality with a minimum amount of taper. For some lighter materials pure waterjet is used, however for cutting metal an abrasive waterjet process is used with the introduction of a garnet material into the cutting jet.
CNC Plasma Cutting Machines
We offer new industrial CNC plasma cutting machines from both Ajan and Morgan Rushworth. These mechanised gantry design plasma cutters feature standard or high-definition plasma sources from either Ajan or Hypertherm. The compact air plasma cutters use the highly rated Hypertherm Powermax models along with a mechanised cutting torch. Ajan plasma cutting machines offer extremely high edge quality and bolt hole cutting with their Opti Hole system. Morgan Rushworth models feature Hypertherm XPR 170 or 300 plasma with True Hole and X-Definition technology. Both models are offered with optional oxy-fuel cutting.
