Trees may need to be felled or dismantled for various reasons. Safety concerns often drive this decision, particularly when there is a perceived risk from falling branches or the main trunk. Additionally, trees might be removed if they have outgrown their space, to accommodate planned development, or simply if they are in an unsuitable location.

We provide delivery services for seasoned firewood logs and woodchip across Norfolk and Suffolk.

All our firewood and woodchip are locally sourced from responsibly managed woodlands and tree surgery operations.

The firewood is composed of roughly 90% hardwood and 10% softwood. The log sizes are approximately 25cm long and 15cm wide. We offer both air-dried and kiln-dried firewood, with a moisture content below 20%. Kiln-dried firewood typically has a moisture content of 15% or less, ensuring a hotter and cleaner burn.

As for the woodchip, it consists of a mix of hardwood species and is seasoned for use on beds and paths.

Tree owners bear a legal responsibility to ensure their trees do not cause injury to others.

Tree owners are legally obligated to take necessary precautions to prevent any harm arising from their trees. While insurance can provide some protection, it cannot replace the importance of regular tree inspection and proactive management.
