DLR Elastomer Engineering has been at the forefront of manufacturing PVC/NBR (Poly Vinyl Chloride/ Acrylonitrile Butadiene (Nitrile) Rubber), fire retardant Neoprene and other rubber polymer products for the bulk oil, petrol, and gas tank storage industry. Floating roof storage tanks rely on the rubber coated fabric and wipers to keep volatile vapors from escaping to atmosphere and to keep rain/snow/dirt out.
