Single Inlet Single Width (SISW) and Double Inlet Double Width (DIDW) low pressure centrifugal fans in direct or belt driven arrangements with either forward curved on backward curved impellers.

FR/N (single inlet)
Low pressure (up to 250mm w g) high capacity (up to 90m3/s) clean air. Backward curved impellers. Fan size up to 2000mm

TFR/N (roof fan)
Low pressure (up to 100mm w g) capacity (up to 5m3/s) clean air. Backward curved impellers. Fan size up to 710mm

DFR/N (double inlet)
Low pressure (up to 250mm w g) high capacity (up to 130m3/s) clean air. Backward curved impellers. Fan size up to 2000mm

CFR/N (double inlet)
Low pressure (up to 250mm w g) high capacity (up to 130m3/s) hot air up to 3000C. Backward curved impellers. Fan size up to 2000mm

FS/P (single inlet)
Low pressure (up to 150mm w g) high capacity (up to 25m3/s) dusty or clean air
Forward curved multi-vane impellers. Fan size up to 1000mm

ATEX Fans

ATEX Fans

Ferrari have a selection of centrifugal, axial and roof fans that can be manufactured with special anti-sparking materials which are ATEX certified.

Ferrari have the approvals and can supply these fans for both gas and dust explosive atmospheres. The products can be supplied for equipment group II, equipment group 2 and 3, zones 1 and 2 (gas) and zones 21 and 22 (dust).

Belt Driven Centrifugal Fans

All of our centrifugal fans are produced in carbon steel which is protected from corrosion by painting for cataphoresis with two-component polyurethane enamel RAL 7045.

The standard arrangements for direct coupled fans are:

• Arrangement 4: Direct coupling. The impeller is connected directly on the shaft of the B3 mounted motor that is supported by the pedestal. Maximum air temperature 100°C. With cooling fan up to 220°C.
• Arrangement 5: Direct coupling. The impeller set directly on the shaft of the B5 mounted motor supported by a disc fixed on the side of the case.
• Arrangement 8: Joint coupling. The fan has a support and motor mounted on a chair outside the air circuit. Maximum air temperature 100°C. With cooling fan up to 300°C.
