Inline Filters

Inline Filters

Protecting industrial, water treatment, and food & beverage manufacturing processes from contamination in raw materials, ingredients and water.

Inline filters are initial filtration steps to control and prevent particulates and contaminates entering the manufacturing process protecting valves, pumps, seals, and heat exchangers from clogging, damage and failure. By doing this at the earliest possible point in the manufacturing process, equipment downtime is minimised, ensuring longer operational service periods, which reduces running costs.

Oil Removal Filters

Protecting the environment from free, dispersed and emulsified oil contaminating process or industrial waters

Removing trace hydrocarbons from waters used in industrial processes is a difficult and potentially costly environmental challenge. PoreFiltration's Envirol oil removal filter cartridges efficiently remove 99% of hydrocarbons and act as guard filtration after bulk oil removal processing. Typically dealing with contamination levels of 500 mg/l, these work effectively and their oil removal capacity is 3oo% of their dry weight.

Mesh Bag Filters

Mesh filter bags serve as a barrier against solid particles that could potentially disrupt downstream processes within a filtration system. Operating on the principle of surface filtration, like a sieve, effectively capturing particles larger than the pore size of the media, provided these particles are solid and non-deformable. The mesh filter bag design and construction ensures that there is zero risk of fibre migration from the filter, thus preventing any additional contamination of the liquid passing through it. Available Mesh filter bags options:

Monofilament Meshes: These meshes feature a tightly woven structure of single filaments with an absolute micron rating. Manufactured under food-safe and silicone-free conditions.

Multifilament Meshes: Comprising multiple filaments twisted together and woven into a nominal rated mesh structure. Multifilament meshes are suitable for non-critical applications.
