Our 75kW packaged chiller is aircooled with scroll compressors and coaxial evaporator. 

This unit has a large volume coaxial evaporator, ideal for process operations (4kW-75kW models). It also has a large shell & tube evaporator and 400 litre tank and an excellent EER (energy efficiency ratio) co-efficiencies.

The integral manual bypasses, helps with ease of commissioning. All of our chillers have a Y-strainer which protects each unit and your process from failing.

Our 75kW chiller is an entirely packaged unit which can be modified for non-ferrous applications. The controls are very simple, making set up quick & easy. Vented or pressurised option as standard – no modifications are necessary.

If you choose not to use the internal pump there is a dedicated feed on the evaporator to run a high-pressure pump, entirely excluding the internal pump.

A high-performance, energy-efficient heating fan in a new design, with two power settings: 36 kW / 72 kW. Robust and practical with a lightweight construction, in powder-coated, corrosion-resistant, galvanised sheet steel. The design of the fan and housing maximise the throw and spread of warm air.

The El Bjorn 72kW electric heater is equipped with our sheet metal air distributor, which gives 360-degree air coverage and is capable of maintaining the temperature in an area of around 1500m². 

Accessible, modular construction makes cleaning/servicing easy and ensures easy access to the electrical box. Equipped with control card and display. The display provides easy control through a menu system, for setting temperature, fan speed, etc.

At Rapid Energy, we offer refrigerated trailers for both long-term and short-term hire. Each refrigerated trailer is thoroughly deep cleaned before delivery to ensure the highest standard of hygiene.

Our refrigerated trailers come equipped with a 20-metre electric cable, wheel clamp, locks, and shelving. If you need additional cable length, we can accommodate your request. Additionally, all hires include 24-hour breakdown cover, and we aim to have an engineer on-site within two hours of any reported issue.

With our commissioning service, we set up the trailer to meet your exact needs, whether that involves part or full shelving. For the security of your trailer and its contents, we provide a wheel clamp and locks.
