Our skilled technicians were mobilised within days to assess, machine, heat-treat, and fully restore the crankpin — all without the need to remove the crankshaft from the engine block.

Royce Onsite Machining was commissioned in Asia to address significant fretting damage to main bearing pocket No. 8 of a large engine, alongside misalignment that exceeded OEM tolerances. Our expert team provided a comprehensive on-site laser alignment and machining service — all achieved without the need to remove the engine.
