The CONCOA 415 Series five-port, dual-stage, bottom-entry cylinder regulator is designed for ultra-high purity gases, including corrosive and toxic gases, providing stable primary pressure control. Its dual-stage design minimizes pressure variation from cylinder depletion. Features include a metal-to-metal diaphragm seal, CAPSULE® seats with 360° filtration, cleanroom assembly, helium leak-checked integrity, pipe-away relief, and captured vent bonnet. Constructed from 316L stainless steel barstock with chrome-plated brass bonnet, PTFE or PCTFE seats, 10-micron stainless steel mesh filter, Cv 0.1, 1/4 in FNPT ports, and gauges. Rated up to 3000 PSIG (3500 or 4500 PSIG optional), temperature range -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C). Conforms to CGA G-4.1, ANSI/ASME B40.1, PED 2014/68/EU, and CRN OH5216.
