Electrically & Pneumatically Actuated Ball Valves, Full Bore, Split Body Type

Introducing the Valpres 76 series split body two-piece full bore ball valve, engineered for optimal performance and reliability. This premium valve features a stainless steel ball and stem, alongside P.T.F.E. seats and P.T.F.E. / Graphoil / FKM seals. Designed to meet stringent safety standards, it is both antistatic and firesafe in accordance with BS6755 Part 2, API specification 6FA, and ISO 10497. The valve is ATEX II 2GD T3 approved, ensuring it is suitable for hazardous environments. The end connections are flanged and available in several drilling options to match your requirements. Complementing the valve is the Valbia 82 series pneumatic actuator, designed for efficiency with a minimum pilot air supply pressure of 5.5 Bar g. The actuator employs a rack and pinion design, featuring a hard anodised aluminium body and blue coated end caps. It includes visual position indication and 1/8” BSP pneumatic connections with bi-directional open/close travel stops. The actuator accommodates a maximum air supply pressure of 8 Bar g and is ATEX II 2GD T6 approved. All components are supplied assembled (Direct Mount) and undergo rigorous function testing before delivery.

NABIC Valve Test & Recertify Service (For Used Valves)

NABIC Valve Test & Recertify Service (For Used Valves)

**Comprehensive Testing and Recertification Service for Used NABIC Relief and Safety Relief Valves** At our company, we specialise in thorough testing and recertification services for used NABIC relief and safety relief valves. Our dedicated process begins with an assessment of your valve’s condition, during which we typically document its state through photographs. Following this initial check, we carry out the necessary tests and provide recertification for the valve. Should your valve require a spare parts kit, we will consult with you prior to proceeding with the testing and recertification. In the event that your valve is found to be beyond economical repair, you have the option to purchase a new valve, and we will deduct the cost of the original valve from the price of the replacement. **Important Information:** (a) If the label on the valve is illegible, please include a note specifying the required set pressure when you send the valve. (b) Pricing is determined by the inlet size of your valve. (c) Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs to send your valve to us. (d) The carriage fee included at checkout will cover the cost of returning your valve to you after servicing. For efficient recertification and peace of mind, trust our expert team to ensure your NABIC relief and safety relief valves are in compliance with industry standards.
AURA EXB Back Pressure Regulator

AURA EXB Back Pressure Regulator

Introducing the AURA EXB Back Pressure Regulator: Precision Control for Closed-Loop Systems The AURA EXB back pressure regulator is meticulously designed to offer precise and adjustable control of excess pressure in closed-loop systems with inlet pressures of up to 500 psig. Unlike standard relief devices that merely open or close, the EXB utilises advanced dual-surface diaphragm or dynamic cartridge sensing elements to accurately throttle pressure spikes. This innovative approach ensures enhanced flexibility, stability, and precision in system performance. AURA's proprietary machining process creates ultra-smooth surface finishes ranging from 4 to 25 Ra, minimising corrosion risk and extending the lifespan of the regulator. Each EXB unit is assembled in a Class 100 cleanroom and comes complete with all gauges, fittings, and valves pre-installed. The assembly undergoes thorough cleaning for oxygen service, is 100% helium leak tested, and is subjected to rigorous flow and function assessments to ensure exceptional purity, durability, and leak integrity. For those operating in corrosive or demanding environments, the EXB is also available with Dursan® LS inert coating technology, providing superior resistance to acidic and caustic media—often surpassing the performance of traditional exotic alloys. Choose the AURA EXB for your applications needing precise, reliable, and adaptable excess pressure control. This regulator is the trusted solution for professionals seeking uncompromising quality in their closed-loop systems.
