The Auld Surplus valve is a highly accurate, self-operated pressure control valve designed for managing surplus pressure in applications involving steam, water, oil, gas, and more. NABIC 568 Anti-Vacuum Valves are essential for safeguarding drying cylinders, calorifiers, and tankers against collapse caused by internal vacuum conditions. These valves are equally valuable in steam systems, where they facilitate effective condensate drainage and prevent the unwanted suction of contents from vats. Typically, vacuum valves are installed vertically at the top of the vessel or pipeline they protect. In the case of horizontal revolving cylinders, a NABIC 568 valve should be fitted at each end, positioned directly opposite each other. The CONCOA 430 Series six-port, dual-stage cylinder regulator features SilcoNert® 2000-treated wetted surfaces for reactive or corrosive calibration gases, providing stable primary pressure control with exceptional inertness and corrosion resistance. Key features include metal-to-metal diaphragm seal, CAPSULE® seats with 360° filtration, cleanroom assembly, helium leak-checked integrity, captured vent bonnet, and front/rear panel mounting. Constructed from SilcoNert® 2000 body, bonnet, diaphragm, and filter, with PCTFE/PTFE seats, 2 in stainless steel gauges, Cv 0.1, 1/4 in FNPT ports, and PTFE internal seals. Rated up to 3000 PSIG (4500 PSIG optional), temperature range -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C). Conforms to CGA G-4.1, PED 2014/68/EU, ANSI/ASME B40.1, and CRN OH5216.
