Materials: Red Bronze Body and Bonnet for sizes up to DN32; Cast Iron from DN40 onward. Disk: Various. Joints & Seals: Diaphragm made of NBR, Seals in NBR. Medium: Seawater. Maximum Inlet Pressure: 25 Barg. Outlet Pressure Range: 0.5 to 9 Barg. Cv Range: Temperature: Maximum 75°C. Approvals: PED 97/23/CE Category I.

Specifications

• Bronze Check Valve with metal seating, crafted to BS EN 1982 CC491K standards, featuring a stainless steel 316 hinge pin and a PN20 rating compliant with BS 5154.
• Fig. 44 is taper threaded to BS EN 10226 ISO 7-1 (BS 21), while Fig. 44.AT is ANSI threaded to B1.20.1 (Taper).
• The valve is designed for use with Group 1 & 2 liquids and Group 2 gases, as outlined in the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.
