Introducing the PREL100015 High Capacity Sealed Heating System Pressure Relief Valve, designed to efficiently discharge water from the system at a predetermined pressure during instances of overpressure in heating systems, particularly in larger capacity setups. The Reliance Valves 100 Series Pressure Relief Valves are expertly crafted from hot-pressed brass, making them ideal for safeguarding closed-circuit wet heating systems from excessive pressure build-up. Featuring an outlet that is one size larger than the inlet, this valve ensures optimal discharge flow rates. The design includes a separate seal seating from the diaphragm, enhancing scaling resistance, while the cover is made from OT58 brass for additional durability. The PREL100015 is available in a range of sizes to accommodate most installations and has a pressure range of 2.5 - 5.0 bar, with the specified response pressure clearly indicated on the twist cap. The appropriate valve size is determined based on the heat output of the boiler, as outlined in the maximum heating capacity table.
