NABIC 568 & 568SS Anti-Vacuum Valve
NABIC 568 Anti-Vacuum Valves are essential for safeguarding drying cylinders, calorifiers, and tankers against collapse caused by internal vacuum conditions. These valves are equally valuable in steam systems, where they facilitate effective condensate drainage and prevent the unwanted suction of contents from vats. Typically, vacuum valves are installed vertically at the top of the vessel or pipeline they protect. In the case of horizontal revolving cylinders, a NABIC 568 valve should be fitted at each end, positioned directly opposite each other. Our NABIC Valves are backed by an industry-leading 5-Year Guarantee for your peace of mind.

FSSCDS - Sanitary Rupture Discs
The FSSCDS Sanitary Rupture Disc is a compression-loaded, micro-scored disc that opens in petal form with four, six, or more radial score lines to provide fast, reliable pressure relief. Designed to meet the strict hygiene requirements of 3-A SSI, it is ideal for use in the pharmaceutical, food, and biotechnology industries, where product purity and cleanability are critical. The disc is manufactured entirely from AISI 316L stainless steel (with alternative alloys available on request) and features a smooth process-side surface, making it fully compatible with CIP and SIP cleaning processes for maintaining aseptic conditions.
Installation is simplified using FDA and USP Class VI approved PTFE gaskets, compliant with 3-A and EU 10/2011 standards, allowing easy integration into sanitary clamp connections such as Tri-Clamp and Tank Connection fittings. The disc activates within milliseconds under overpressure, opens cleanly without fragmentation, and in many applications can operate under full vacuum without additional supports. It also offers excellent corrosion resistance and optional linings for enhanced chemical protection.
