Medenus R100 Gas Pressure Regulator

Medenus R100 Gas Pressure Regulator

The Medenus R100 Gas Pressure Regulator guarantees a consistent outlet pressure, regardless of fluctuations in primary inlet pressure. Designed for dynamic gas usage, it offers rapid pressure regulation in response to abrupt changes in flow rate. The Medenus R100 is also available in a rotary version, the R100 U, and as a vacuum regulator, the R100UD, making it ideal for biogas plants and gas engines. This gas pressure regulator complies with the DVGW Code of Practice G260/262 and is suitable for various neutral and non-corrosive gases (other gases available upon request). The Medenus R100 is offered with flange connections ranging from DN50 to DN200, supporting a working pressure of up to 8 bar. All models are certified by DVGW and CE, ensuring high standards of safety and reliability.

AURA EXD Series Automatic Differential Switchover

AURA EXD Series Automatic Differential Switchover

The AURA EXD is an advanced automatic switchover system designed to provide a continuous supply of high-purity gases at inlet pressures of up to 4500 psig. Featuring an integrated EX1 line regulator, the EXD guarantees stable and consistent outlet pressures, even in demanding conditions. At its core, the EXD boasts AURA’s innovative encapsulated seat design, which streamlines multiple moving components into a single unit. This design not only simplifies maintenance but also reduces potential points of failure, enhancing long-term reliability. The seat is protected by a 10-micron, 360° filter, offering superior particle filtration compared to standard pressed-in disks. Unlike conventional regulators that only filter at the pipeline port, the EXD effectively defends against harmful contaminants from all inlet points. AURA employs a precision machining process that achieves ultra-smooth surface finishes of 4–25 Ra, minimising corrosion and prolonging service life. Optional inlet purge or shutoff valve assemblies further decrease the number of required connections, thus reducing potential leak paths and internal volume. This, combined with its minimal internal volume, enhances the EXD's efficiency by lowering purge gas requirements. Each EXD regulator is assembled in a Class 100 cleanroom, ensuring that the complete system is meticulously cleaned for oxygen service and subjected to 100% helium leak testing. Every unit also undergoes rigorous flow and functionality testing, ensuring durability, purity, and reliability, even in the most challenging environments. With its exceptional flexibility, efficiency, and innovative functionality, the AURA EXD is the preferred choice for engineers requiring an uninterrupted supply of high-purity gases.
