FSLPDULP - Ultra Low Pressure Rupture Discs

FSLPDULP - Ultra Low Pressure Rupture Discs

**FSLPDULP Ultra Low Pressure Rupture Discs: Reliable Protection for Low Pressure Systems** The FSLPDULP Ultra Low Pressure Rupture Discs offer a straightforward, dependable, and cost-effective solution for applications requiring protection at extremely low pressures, whether positive or negative. These rupture discs are primarily designed to safeguard processing and storage tanks, atmospheric vessels, and silos that operate under low design pressures and can only withstand minimal pressures and vacuums, thus preventing potential implosion or rupture. One particularly noteworthy application is their use in protecting biogas digesters. Constructed as flat composite discs, FSLPDULP rupture discs consist of four integral components: - A slotted, perforated metal section - A sealing membrane (commonly PTFE, but also available in various other metallic or non-metallic materials) - A protective section - A calibration ring with blades to enhance membrane rupture performance FSLPDULP rupture discs are designed to open without fragmentation, ensuring that product contamination is avoided. They can be tailored to accommodate a wide variety of non-standard specifications and applications, and can also be configured for dual pressure and vacuum protection to withstand both vacuum and counter-pressure environments. **Specifications:** - **Sizes:** Ranging from 2" (DN50) to 20" (DN500) - **Materials:** Options include Stainless Steel, Alloy 201, Alloy 400, Alloy 600, Alloy 625, Alloy C276, and Titanium.
