Pneumatic Control Valve

Pneumatic Control Valve

Our Pneumatic Control Valves are expertly engineered to regulate gases, vapours, and liquids, fully compliant with the European Pressure Equipment Directive and certified under the ISO 9001 quality assurance system. Featuring a globe body design, these valves include top-entry, single-seated configurations that operate as either two-way, direct, or reverse action, alongside a multi-spring pneumatic actuator. The innovative modular design of the valve, coupled with an extensive selection of available trims, allows for a multitude of configurations to suit varied applications. When paired with the pneumatic actuator, these valves offer precise modulating control or reliable on/off performance. The actuator can be swiftly converted between direct and reverse actuation without taking the system offline. The expertly crafted body shape ensures optimum flow characteristics to maximise efficiency.

Reliance RWC 12 Litre Aquasystem Potable Expansion Vessel Pre Set 3 Bar With Bracket - XVES050045

Introducing our Stainless Steel Expansion Vessel for potable water applications, the Reliance Valves Aquasystem Replaceable Membrane Potable Water Expansion Vessel. This expertly designed vessel efficiently accommodates the additional load within a water system as the water heats and expands. Crucially, it helps maintain safe operating levels by preventing pressure build-up in both sealed heating systems and cold water systems. Featuring a replaceable membrane, the vessel safeguards the water from corrosion and contamination, ensuring it remains safe for human consumption. The replaceable membrane also allows for straightforward servicing without the need for removal, enabling quick and efficient maintenance in situ.

Features and Benefits:

  • Durable stainless steel bolted flange that resists corrosion
  • Extra-wide membrane opening to minimise noise from restricted flow
