Refrigeration Service Valves Refrigeration Service Valves

Refrigeration service valves are vital components in refrigeration systems, designed to simplify maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting. These valves enable the isolation and control of refrigerant flow to specific areas of the system, thereby facilitating essential tasks such as charging, evacuating, and diagnosing without the need to shut down the entire system.

FSKRDA - ASME Approved Rupture Discs

FSKRDA - ASME Approved Rupture Discs

The FSKRDA rupture discs use advanced sector technology, ensuring the convex disc camber remains unchanged by operating pressure until reverse pressure is reached. Designed for high reliability, they handle up to 95% operating-to-burst pressure ratios and thousands of cycles without compromising performance. On activation, the disc opens fully along the scored line within milliseconds, without fragmentation. These discs are less sensitive to temperature variations, making them ideal for applications with wide thermal swings.

Their innovative design allows safe use with liquids only, including cycling and pulsating conditions, without reducing safety margins. They are particularly suitable for isolating safety valves. A wide range of materials and thicknesses provides excellent corrosion resistance, further enhanced with optional PTFE linings. Vacuum support is not required, and the discs can withstand high counter-pressures.
