CONCOA 322 Series Regulator
Four-Port, Stainless Steel Barstock, Single Stage Cylinder Regulator for High Purity Gas Applications
The CONCOA 322 Series single-stage regulator is designed for primary pressure control of high purity gases (up to grade 5.5) and mildly reactive gases. It is not suitable for toxic or highly corrosive gases. Single-stage regulators are recommended for applications that can tolerate small fluctuations in outlet pressure due to cylinder depletion, or where the inlet pressure is stable or below 500 PSIG (34 BAR).
Features
316L stainless steel diaphragm to prevent inboard diffusion
CAPSULE® seat design with integral 360° filtration
Low wetted surface area to reduce purge requirements
Rear panel mount simplifies installation
Spectrometric helium leak check ensures leak integrity

FSDCDFA - Forward Acting Rupture Discs
The FSDCDFA Forward Acting Rupture Discs are composite conventional discs formed by three parts: a slotted, perforated metal part, a seal membrane (usually in PTFE but also available in many other metallic or non-metallic materials) and a protection section. It is excellent for use with gas and liquids in static conditions and excellent for low pressures. FSDCDFA discs react to excessive pressure with total opening in a few milliseconds without fragmentation. They are therefore recommended for valve protection. Supports may be provided for vacuum or counter-pressure protection. Composite FSDCDFA rupture discs may also be used for simultaneous protection from pressure and vacuum.
