Rupture Disc Accessories

Rupture Disc Accessories

Excess flow valves are expertly designed to prevent pressure build-up in the space between the rupture disc discharge and the second safety device. As rupture discs function as differential pressure devices, it is crucial to avoid pressure accumulation to ensure proper disc activation at the specified bursting point. Excess flow valves are typically employed in conjunction with rupture discs and safety valves, or when multiple rupture discs are arranged in series. These valves automatically close when subjected to the flow from the rupture disc discharge. Available in ¼” and ½” sizes, excess flow valves can also be customised with T connectors, nipples, and pressure gauges upon request. All accessories for rupture discs are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel.

AURA EXH Self-Relieving High Presure Regulator

AURA EXH Self-Relieving High Presure Regulator

The AURA EXH is a cutting-edge self-relieving high-pressure regulator specifically engineered for primary pressure control of non-corrosive gases and liquids, capable of managing delivery pressures of up to 4500 psig. When the delivery pressure is reduced, the EXH automatically vents excess downstream pressure to the atmosphere through the bonnet, ensuring consistent and reliable pressure control at all times. At its heart, the EXH features AURA’s innovative encapsulated seat design, which streamlines numerous moving components into a single assembly. This not only simplifies maintenance but also reduces potential failure points, thereby enhancing long-term reliability. The seat is safeguarded by a 10-micron, 360° filter that offers superior impurity filtration compared to traditional pressed-in disks. Unlike standard designs that only filter at the pipeline port, the EXH offers robust protection against harmful particles from all ports. With a variety of seat materials and orifice sizes available, the EXH guarantees optimal performance across diverse applications. Its high-load marginal spring ensures stable delivery pressures even at elevated flow rates, while its minimal installation requirements facilitate easy panel or surface mounting. In non-relieving mode, the EXH provides a positive shutoff with a helium leak-tight seal, ensuring maximum safety and efficiency. Each EXH is meticulously assembled and tested as a complete unit, incorporating any optional peripherals. Every regulator undergoes comprehensive flow and function testing to ensure durability, leak integrity, and consistent performance in demanding environments. Choose the AURA EXH for reliable pressure control that stands the test of time.
