CONCOA 302 Series Regulator

The CONCOA 302 Series is a four-port, chrome-plated brass, single-stage cylinder regulator designed for primary pressure control of high-purity, non-corrosive, or liquefied gases. Single-stage regulation is recommended for cylinders under 500 PSIG (34 BAR) or applications where minor outlet pressure fluctuations from cylinder depletion are acceptable, or where inlet pressure is stable.

Features:

  • 316L stainless steel diaphragm prevents inboard diffusion

  • CAPSULE® seat with 360° integral filtration

  • Field-adjustable pressure limit for flexible applications

  • Rear panel mounting simplifies installation

  • Helium leak-tested for integrity

Specifications:

  • Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (210 BAR); optional 3500 PSIG (240 BAR) or 4500 PSIG (310 BAR)

  • Body: Chrome-plated brass barstock; Bonnet: Chrome-plated die-cast zinc

  • Gauges: 2" (50 mm) plated case

  • Seats: PTFE; PCTFE for higher-pressure options

  • Filter: 10-micron sintered bronze

  • Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)

  • Cv: 0.1; Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel

  • Helium leak integrity: 1 × 10⁻⁸ scc/sec

  • Internal seals: PTFE; Ports: 1/4" FNPT

  • Compliance: Meets/exceeds CGA G-4.1, ANSI/ASME B40.1, PED 2014/68/EU, CRN OH5216

CONCOA 426 Series Regulator

CONCOA 426 Series Regulator

The CONCOA 426 Series two-port stainless steel regulator provides secondary pressure control for ultra-high purity and corrosive gases, ideal for point-of-use applications. Rated to 4500 PSIG (310 BAR), it ensures safe operation with high-pressure cylinders. Features include metal-to-metal diaphragm seal, CAPSULE® 360° filtration, cleanroom assembly, front/rear panel mounting, and helium leak-verified integrity.
