Berluto Float Valves
Berluto float valves are exceptionally robust and dependable. Established in 1920 by Jean Bergner, who patented his innovative design in 1917, Berluto began with valves intended for toilet flush systems. Today, our float valves are utilised across a wide range of applications. They are employed globally in sectors such as agriculture and industry for filling separation or storage systems, as well as for regulating the levels in poultry drinking troughs, humidifiers, car washes, booster stations, and pond constructions, among others. Our technology remains at the forefront of innovation, and our float valves are even implemented in advanced fields like aircraft manufacturing. Designed for reliability, our float valves regulate inflow and water levels without the need for auxiliary power or delicate sensors. True to our ethos: simply install and forget! Additionally, in most of our valve types, the only genuine wear parts—the nozzle and seal—can be easily replaced when necessary, particularly after exposure to aggressive or abrasive media. This level of serviceability is far superior to that offered by competing brands. Regardless of the type of media you require or the flow rates involved, we provide the most suitable float valve for your specific needs. Our range includes options made from brass, red bronze, or stainless steel, featuring NBR or FKM seals, along with PE, copper, or V4A floats. Choose Berluto for reliable, high-quality float valves tailored to your industry requirements.

FSKRDN - NanoScored Rupture Discs
The FSKRDN NanoScored rupture disc incorporates advanced technology to deliver highly reliable overpressure protection. The convex disc maintains its original shape during normal operation and only reverses at the set burst pressure. It supports operating-to-burst pressure ratios of up to 95% and withstands thousands of pressure cycles without loss of performance. When activated, the disc opens fully in milliseconds along the scored line, producing no fragments. Compared with conventional designs, it is less sensitive to temperature fluctuations, making it ideal for applications with wide temperature variations.
Thanks to its innovative construction, the FSKRDN can operate with liquids only, including in cycling and pulsating conditions, without compromising safety margins. It is particularly well suited for isolating safety relief valves. A wide selection of materials and optimized thickness provide excellent corrosion resistance, which can be further enhanced with an optional PTFE lining on the process side. The disc does not require vacuum support and is capable of withstanding high back pressures.
