Reliance RWC 5 Litre Heating Expansion Vessel Tank with Replaceable Membrane Pre Set 1 Bar - XVES100020
The Reliance Valves Aquasystem Stainless Steel Expansion Vessel is specifically designed for heating applications. Available in capacities ranging from 2 litres to 5000 litres, these vessels operate under maximum pressure ratings of 8.0 to 10.0 bars. Engineered with replaceable membranes, the Aquasystem series allows for in-situ servicing, which prevents water from coming into contact with the internal steel shell. This feature significantly reduces the risk of internal corrosion and extends the overall lifespan of the vessel.
Features and Benefits:
- Durable stainless steel bolted flange to prevent corrosion.
- Generously wide membrane opening to minimise noise caused by restricted flow.
- Internal membrane design that prevents water contact with the steel shell, inhibiting internal corrosion.
- Comprehensive capacity range from 2 to 5000 litres, suitable for all heating applications.
- All models come with a replaceable membrane, allowing maintenance without the need to remove the vessel.
- Includes a pre-charge valve for easy air pressure adjustments.
- Specifically designed for heating applications only.

FSKRDA - ASME Approved Rupture Discs
The FSKRDA rupture discs use advanced sector technology, ensuring the convex disc camber remains unchanged by operating pressure until reverse pressure is reached. Designed for high reliability, they handle up to 95% operating-to-burst pressure ratios and thousands of cycles without compromising performance. On activation, the disc opens fully along the scored line within milliseconds, without fragmentation. These discs are less sensitive to temperature variations, making them ideal for applications with wide thermal swings.
Their innovative design allows safe use with liquids only, including cycling and pulsating conditions, without reducing safety margins. They are particularly suitable for isolating safety valves. A wide range of materials and thicknesses provides excellent corrosion resistance, further enhanced with optional PTFE linings. Vacuum support is not required, and the discs can withstand high counter-pressures.

Rhodes 904 Sight Glass with Flap & Scale Plate
The Rhodes 904 Sight Glass with Flap and Scale Plate is a flow indicator incorporating a pivoted internal flap, which, by its position in relation to a graduated scale-plate, indicates any changes in the rate of flow of a liquid in a pipeline, from a trickle to full flow conditions.
The internal stainless steel flap is electropolished to improve viewing in murky liquids. The indicators are suitable for both horizontal and vertical upward flows. A variety of materials are available as standard. Rhodes Sight Glasses are fully UK manufactured with castings from the UK, unlike many of the competitors using components from the far east.
Sizes: 1/2" to 2"
Connections: BSPT, BSPP, NPT
Materials: Gunmetal body, Stainless Flap & Scale Plate
Maximum System Pressure: 16 Barg
Temperature: 200 degC
Notes: Fully PED compliant. Fully UK manufactured.
