Reliance RWC 500 Litre Heating Expansion Vessel Tank with Replaceable Membrane Pre Set 1.5 Bar - XVES100150
The Reliance Valves Aquasystem Stainless Steel Expansion Vessel is specifically designed for heating applications. Available in capacities ranging from 2 litres to 5000 litres and with maximum pressure ratings between 8.0 and 10.0 bar, these vessels feature replaceable membranes. The Aquasystem range allows for servicing on-site, ensuring that water does not come into contact with the steel expansion vessel shell, which helps to prevent internal corrosion and extend the vessel's lifespan.
Features and Benefits:
- Durable stainless steel bolted flange that prevents corrosion.
- Extra-wide membrane opening to minimise noise caused by restricted flow.
- Internal membrane design eliminates water contact with the steel shell, thus preventing internal corrosion.
- A comprehensive range from 2 to 5000 litres suitable for various applications.
- All models come with replaceable membranes for convenient servicing without removal.
- Pre-charge valve included for easy topping up of air pressure.
- Designed exclusively for heating applications.

FSHTCDH - Sanitary Rupture Disc Holder
The FSHTCDH Sanitary Rupture Disc Holder is expertly engineered to deliver maximum reliability for rupture discs. These specific sanitary disc holders are ideal for the food, dairy, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries, making them an essential component in Cleaning In Place (C.I.P.) and Sterilisation In Place (S.I.P.) processes, thanks to their straightforward installation. We offer compact design connections upon request for clamped disc holder installations on tanks. This unique model features a finish of Ra<0.5 mm or better, ensuring high-quality performance. When installed, the clamp seal sits flush within the tank wall, effectively eliminating the "dead leg" typical of standard clamp sockets.
Specifications
Compatible with Discs: FSDCD, FSSCD, FSSCR, FSY90, FSKRD
Sizes Available: 1" (DN20) to 6" (DN150)
Materials: Stainless Steel (AISI 316) with precision internal finishing (<0.6 Ra).

FSSCDN - Nanoscored Rupture Discs
The FSSCDN Nanoscored rupture disc features precision micro-scored petals with four, six, or more radial scores, ensuring rapid, controlled opening while minimizing the risk of petal separation. This design makes the disc particularly well suited for high burst pressure applications and demanding operating environments.
Engineered for use with gases and liquids, the FSSCDN performs reliably under cycling and pulsating conditions without compromising safety margins. In the event of overpressure, the disc activates within milliseconds and opens cleanly without fragmentation, making it an excellent solution for protecting safety relief valves.
The disc supports an operating-to-burst pressure ratio of up to 85% and offers excellent corrosion resistance, which can be further enhanced with an optional PTFE lining. In many installations, the disc can also withstand full vacuum conditions without the need for additional supports, providing greater installation flexibility.
