Reliance RWC 18 Litre Aquasystem Potable Expansion Vessel Pre Set 3 Bar With Bracket - XVES050055
Introducing our stainless steel expansion vessel for potable water applications. The Reliance Valves Aquasystem Replaceable Membrane Potable Water Expansion Vessel is expertly designed to absorb the additional load within a water system as water heats up and expands. These expansion vessels maintain safe operating levels by preventing excessive pressure build-up in both sealed heating systems and cold water systems. Equipped with a replaceable membrane, these vessels safeguard against corrosion and contamination, ensuring the water remains safe for human consumption. The replaceable membrane feature allows for easy in-situ servicing without having to remove the vessel, making maintenance quick and straightforward.
**Features and Benefits:**
- Stainless steel bolted flange to prevent corrosion
- Extra wide membrane opening reduces noise caused by restricted flow
- Internal membrane ensures no water contact with the steel shell, eliminating internal corrosion
- A comprehensive range available from 2 to 5000 litres, suitable for all applications
- All models come with a replaceable membrane for convenient servicing without removal
- Pre-charge valve for air pressure topping up
- Designed exclusively for hot and cold water applications

Reliance RWC 103 Series Pressure Relief Valve With Gauge Port 15mm x 15mm 3 Bar - PREL103005
The PREL103005 Sealed Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) with a 1/4" Gauge Port (valve supplied without gauge) effectively discharges water from the system at a predetermined pressure, in the event of over-pressurisation within your heating system. The Reliance Valves 103 Series Sealed Heating System Pressure Relief Valve is primarily designed as a critical safety component within sealed heating systems. Upon installation, the pressure relief valve is calibrated to an appropriate pressure. If the system pressure exceeds this set point, the valve activates and releases excess pressure into the atmosphere, thereby preventing the pressure from escalating to potentially hazardous levels that could not only damage the heating system but also pose risks to individuals nearby.
**Features and Benefits:**
- Diaphragm design enhances resistance to scaling, prolonging the valve's lifespan
- Easy removal of the single-piece cartridge allows for straightforward cleaning or cartridge replacement
- Set relief pressure range of 3.0 bar
- Available with 15mm connections for installation versatility
- Designed exclusively for heating applications
**Specification:**
- Size: 15mm x 15mm
- Connections: Compression Inlet x Compression Outlet
- Materials: Hot pressed DZR Brass
- Medium: Water
- Set Pressure: 3 Barg
- Temperature: +140°C
- Product Code: PREL103005
- Notes: WRAS approved, includes a 1/4" Gauge port (valve supplied without gauge)
Investing in the PREL103005 sealed PRV ensures the safety and integrity of your heating system, providing peace of mind and reliable operation.
Resideo EW110 Water Meters
The Resideo EW110 Series single-jet dry water meters (previously known as Honeywell Home) are designed for the accurate measurement of cold or warm water in residential drinking water systems. Available in sizes DN15 to DN40, these meters feature a mechanical counter for reliable readings. For seamless integration into remote readout networks, they can be retrofitted with clip-on M-Bus or pulse output modules. Common sizes come equipped with factory-installed and configured M-Bus modules. The EW1100 water meters are engineered to handle cold water temperatures of up to 30 °C or 50 °C, while the EW1101 models are suitable for warm water applications with temperatures reaching up to 90 °C or 130 °C. Sizes DN15 to DN20 can be obtained with either a standard or extended flow range, similar to former EEC classes B and C. The larger sizes are designed with an extended flow range only, comparable to class C. **Special Features:** - Fully resistant to external magnetic fields - Retrofittable modules for wired M-Bus, pulse output, and RF communication Choose Resideo EW110 Series water meters for an efficient and reliable solution for your residential water system.
