Features
Cost-effective Maintenance: The lightweight design allows for easy handling, whilst interchangeable components ensure that standard parts can be replaced effortlessly.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Each product undergoes factory testing and is fully certified for quality assurance.
Self-Draining Design: Engineered to ensure that condensate effectively drains away from all seating areas.
Minimal Leakage: The standard seating design guarantees minimal leakage of less than 1 scfh at 90% of set pressure.
Durable Internal Parts: Internal components are made from stainless steel as standard, with non-standard materials available upon request.
Connections: All valves come with full-form flanges tailored to meet individual requirements, with other connection types available upon request.
Custom Applications: We offer numerous options for specialised applications. Exotic materials, including Hastelloy, Monel, and various plastics, can be provided to meet the needs of hazardous environments. Special coatings are also available for extreme service conditions. For low-temperature operations, internal components can be PTFE coated to prevent seizing.
CONCOA 412 Series Regulator
The CONCOA 412 Series six-port, dual-stage cylinder regulator is designed for ultra-high purity inert gases, providing stable primary pressure control with minimal variation from cylinder depletion. Features include a metal-to-metal diaphragm seal, CAPSULE® seats with 360° filtration, cleanroom assembly, helium leak-checked integrity, captured vent bonnet, pipe-away relief, and front/rear panel mounting. Constructed from brass barstock body and bonnet, 316L stainless steel diaphragm, PCTFE/PTFE seats, 10-micron sintered bronze filter, 2 in brass gauges, Cv 0.1, 1/4 in FNPT ports, and PTFE internal seals. Rated up to 3000 PSIG (3500 or 4500 PSIG optional), temperature range -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C). Conforms to CGA G-4.1, ANSI/ASME B40.1, PED 2014/68/EU, and CRN OH5216.

The Reliance Valve's Anti-Legionella Valve is specifically engineered to safeguard against harmful bacteria like Legionella by ensuring continuous water circulation and eliminating stagnation in stored cold water within expansion vessels. Available in a variety of sizes, this valve is suitable for applications ranging from point-of-use water heater expansion vessels to larger plant room storage tanks. By converting a standard single connection expansion vessel into a ‘flow-through’ type, the Anti-Legionella Valve diverts part of the flow into the vessel, thereby continuously renewing the water and reducing the likelihood of stagnation that can lead to bacterial growth.
Features and Benefits:
- Keeps water circulating through the expansion vessel
- Prevents water stagnation
- Simple installation process
- Integrated ball valve and drain valve for hassle-free servicing and maintenance
- Compatible with any standard vessel featuring 1/2", 3/4", 1" or 1 1/4" connections
- Designed exclusively for cold water applications
- Only suitable for use with copper piping
- Anti-Legionella models ANTI110003 and ANTI110004 include a locking mechanism
