Broady 180 Relief Valve
Product Specification
Our comprehensive range of valves is available in various sizes: 15NB, 20NB, 25NB, 32NB, 40NB, 50NB, 65NB, and 80NB. Each valve features a male BSP inlet and a female BSP outlet, ensuring compatibility with most systems.
Constructed from high-quality gunmetal or stainless steel, our valves offer durability and reliability. The disk options vary by size, with all sizes utilising a robust metal-to-metal design, while the 15NB to 50NB variants offer the added advantage of a Viton disk.
Each valve is equipped with 'O' Rings made from nitrile, providing effective sealing for a range of applications. These valves are suitable for use with compressed air, gases, water, oil, and steam, making them incredibly versatile.
The set pressure for our valves ranges from 0.35 to 24 Barg for sizes 15NB to 50NB, and from 0.35 to 13.79 Barg for the 65NB to 80NB sizes. They can operate at a maximum temperature of 200°C, ensuring performance even in demanding conditions.
Enhance your systems with our reliable valves, engineered for optimal performance and longevity. Explore our selection to find the perfect size for your needs.

FSLPDFA - Forward Acting Rupture Discs
The FSLPDFA Forward Acting Rupture Discs provide a straightforward, dependable, precise, and cost-effective solution for applications that necessitate exceptionally low pressure protection, whether positive or negative. These rupture discs are primarily designed to safeguard processing and storage tanks, atmospheric vessels, and silos which have low design pressures, thereby offering resistance only to minor pressures and vacuums. A particularly noteworthy application is their role in protecting biogas digesters. FSLPDFA rupture discs are flat composite structures comprising four key components: a slotted, perforated metal section, a sealing membrane (typically manufactured from PTFE but available in various other metallic or non-metallic materials), a protective section, and a calibration ring with blades to enhance membrane rupture. FSLPDFA rupture discs operate without fragmentation, helping to prevent product contamination, and can be tailored to meet a wide array of non-standard specifications and applications. These discs can be engineered for dual pressure and vacuum protection, making them capable of withstanding vacuum or counter-pressure situations.
