CONCOA 432 Series Regulator

CONCOA 432 Series Regulator

The CONCOA 432 Series six-port, dual-stage cylinder regulator provides stable pressure control for toxic, non-corrosive, and ultra-high purity gases in laboratory and industrial settings. Dual-stage design minimizes pressure fluctuations from cylinder depletion. Features include metal-to-metal diaphragm seal, CAPSULE® seats with 360° filtration, cleanroom assembly, helium leak-checked integrity, pipe-away relief, and captured vent bonnet. Constructed from 316L stainless steel body with chrome-plated brass bonnet, PCTFE/PTFE seats, 10-micron stainless steel filter, Cv 0.1, 1/4 in FNPT ports, and 2 in gauges. Rated up to 3000 PSIG (3500 or 4500 PSIG optional), temperature range -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C). Conforms to CGA G-4.1, ANSI/ASME B40.1, PED 2014/68/EU, and CRN OH5216.

Hattersley Fig 114.PF PN16 Integral Ended Press Fit Ball Valve

Hattersley Fig 114.PF PN16 Integral Ended Press Fit Ball Valve

**Features and Benefits** - Quarter-turn full-bore isolation valve with integrated M-Profile press-fit connectors for exceptional sealing reliability. - O-Ring features clearly define potential leak paths, allowing for easy identification of unpressed joints. - Visual press indicators surrounding the pressing contours enable quick identification of successfully pressed joints. - Compatible with hard and half-hard tubes to EN 1057, as well as precision carbon steel tubes to EN 10305-3 and precision stainless steel tubes to EN 10312, catering to a diverse range of application needs. - Installation is swift and straightforward with a Press-Fit tool, significantly reducing site labour time by 20% to 25%. - Offered in various operator types to accommodate specific application requirements. - WRAS approved for use with wholesome (potable) water applications at temperatures up to 85°C. **Specification** - The valve features a DZR Brass (CW 602N) bodied end-entry construction, providing a full-bore, quarter-turn, bi-directional flow. It can be operated via lever, extension lever, lockshield, or T-handle. - The DZR brass ball is chrome plated for sizes from 15mm to 18mm, while sizes from 22mm to 54mm come with a stainless steel ball. It includes PTFE seats and a blowout-proof stem. - Integrated M-Profile Press-Fit ends incorporate a visual pressed indicator and ‘fail-safe’ O-Ring defined leak paths. - The valve is rated PN16, with a maximum temperature tolerance of 120°C and WRAS approved for use at 85°C. **Pressure/Temperature Rating** - Operational range: -10 to 100°C at 25 Barg. - At 110°C, the rating is 23.5 Barg. - WRAS approved for temperatures up to 85°C. This robust isolation valve is ideal for those seeking reliable performance in plumbing and heating applications, ensuring both safety and efficiency with every installation.
FSSCDA - ASME approved Rupture Discs

FSSCDA - ASME approved Rupture Discs

The FSSCDA rupture disc features precision micro-scored petals with four, six, or more radial scores, ensuring fast, controlled opening while minimising the risk of petal separation. This design makes the disc particularly suitable for high burst pressure applications. It can be used with both gases and liquids, including under cycling and pulsating conditions, without reducing safety margins. In an overpressure event, the disc activates within milliseconds and opens cleanly without fragmentation, making it ideal for protecting safety relief valves.

The FSSCDA supports an operating-to-burst pressure ratio of up to 85% and offers excellent corrosion resistance, which can be further enhanced with an optional PTFE lining. In many applications, the disc can also operate under full vacuum conditions without the need for support, providing added flexibility. These discs comply fully with ASME Section VIII, Division 1 requirements.
