Reliance RWC 18 Litre Aquasystem Potable Expansion Vessel Pre Set 3 Bar - XVES050050

**Stainless Steel Expansion Vessel for Potable Water Applications** Introducing the Reliance Valves Aquasystem Replaceable Membrane Potable Water Expansion Vessel, expertly designed to accommodate the additional load within your water system as water heats up and expands. Our stainless steel vessels play a crucial role in maintaining safe operational levels by effectively preventing pressure build-up in both sealed heating and cold water systems. At the heart of our expansion vessels is a replaceable membrane that safeguards against corrosion and contamination, ensuring that the water remains safe for human consumption. This innovative design allows for straightforward servicing without the need to dismantle the vessel, enabling quick and efficient maintenance in situ. **Features and Benefits:** - **Corrosion Resistant Design:** The stainless steel bolted flange provides enhanced protection against corrosion, ensuring longevity. - **Reduced Noise Levels:** An extra-wide membrane opening helps to minimise noise caused by restricted flow. - **Internal Protection:** The internal membrane keeps water from contacting the steel shell, preventing any risk of internal corrosion. - **Versatile Capacities:** Our range extends from 2 to 5000 litres, catering to all application requirements. - **Easy Maintenance:** Each version is fitted with a replaceable membrane, allowing for maintenance without the need for vessel removal. - **Convenient Pre-Charge Valve:** Easily top up air pressure with the built-in pre-charge valve. - **Hot and Cold Water Compatibility:** Suitable for both hot and cold water systems. **Specifications:** - **Capacity:** 18 Litres - **Colour:** White - **Pre-Set Pressure:** 3 Bar - **Maximum Pressure:** 10.0 Bar - **Minimum Temperature:** -10°C - **Maximum Temperature:** 99°C - **Height:** 430mm - **Diameter:** 280mm - **Water Connection:** 3/4” MBSP - **Product Code:** XVES050050 **Materials:** - **Shell:** Epoxy Coated - **Membrane:** EPDM - **Bolted Flange:** Stainless Steel **Standards and Approvals:** - WRAS Approved up to 1000 litres - CE Marked according to Directive PED 97/23/CE - TUV Certified - Models ranging from 1000 to 5000 litres comply with BS 6920 Ensure the safety and reliability of your water systems with the Reliance Valves Aquasystem Replaceable Membrane Potable Water Expansion Vessel. Perfect for domestic and commercial applications alike.
FSSCDF - Forward Acting Rupture Discs

FSSCDF - Forward Acting Rupture Discs

The FSSCDF Forward Acting Rupture Discs feature precision micro-scored sections that open in controlled petals, using four, six, or more radial score lines to ensure a clean, reliable opening while minimising the risk of petal separation. This design makes them particularly well suited for high burst pressure applications and for systems operating under cycling or pulsating conditions with gases or liquids, without compromising safety margins.

These discs respond to overpressure within milliseconds, opening fully without fragmentation, and are ideal for protecting safety relief valves. They support an operating-to-burst pressure ratio of up to 85%, offer excellent corrosion resistance, and can be further enhanced with an optional PTFE lining. In many applications, the discs can also withstand full vacuum conditions without additional supports, providing flexible installation options.
