Designed for high reliability, they handle up to 95% operating-to-burst pressure ratios and thousands of cycles without compromising performance. On activation, the disc opens fully along the scored line within milliseconds, without fragmentation. These discs are less sensitive to temperature variations, making them ideal for applications with wide thermal swings.

Their innovative design allows safe use with liquids only, including cycling and pulsating conditions, without reducing safety margins. They are particularly suitable for isolating safety valves. A wide range of materials and thicknesses provides excellent corrosion resistance, further enhanced with optional PTFE linings. Vacuum support is not required, and the discs can withstand high counter-pressures.
