FSDCDS - Sanitary Rupture Discs

FSDCDS - Sanitary Rupture Discs

The FSDCDS Sanitary Rupture Discs are designed for aseptic applications, consisting of a slotted, perforated metal section, a seal membrane (commonly PTFE, with other materials available), and a protective layer. Ideal for use with gas or liquids under static or low-pressure conditions, these discs open fully within milliseconds during overpressure events, without fragmentation. They can be fitted with supports for vacuum and counter-pressure protection, allowing simultaneous protection against both. PTFE gaskets certified to FDA, USP Class VI, 3-A, and EU 10/2011 standards make installation in Clamp fittings (sanitary, Tri-Clamp, Tank Connection) simple. The FSDCDS is also suitable for C.O.P. (Clean-Out-Of-Place) applications.

Reliance RWC 1000 Litre Aquasystem Potable Expansion Vessel Pre Set 4 Bar - XVES050170

Reliance RWC 1000 Litre Aquasystem Potable Expansion Vessel Pre Set 4 Bar - XVES050170

**Stainless Steel Expansion Vessel for Potable Water Applications** Introducing the Reliance Valves Aquasystem Replaceable Membrane Potable Water Expansion Vessels, expertly designed to manage the additional load within your water system during the heating process, when water expands in volume. These expansion vessels play a crucial role in maintaining safe operating levels by averting pressure build-up in both sealed heating and cold water systems. Featuring a replaceable membrane, our vessels prevent water from coming into contact with the steel shell, effectively stopping corrosion and contamination, thus ensuring the water remains safe for human consumption. The replaceable membrane allows for convenient servicing in situ, eliminating the need to remove the vessel for maintenance. ### Features and Benefits: - **Corrosion-Resistant**: The stainless steel bolted flange ensures enhanced durability and corrosion prevention. - **Noise Reduction**: An extra wide membrane opening mitigates noise caused by restricted flow, ensuring a quieter system. - **Internal Protection**: The internal membrane provides a barrier, preventing any water contact with the steel shell and eliminating internal corrosion. - **Comprehensive Range**: Available in sizes from 2 to 5000 litres, catering to all applications. - **Effortless Servicing**: Each unit is supplied with a replaceable membrane, allowing for easy servicing without removal. - **Convenient Pre-Charge**: Equipped with a pre-charge valve for easy topping up of air pressure. - **Hot and Cold Water Compatible**: Suitable for use with both hot and cold water systems. ### Specification: - **Capacity**: 1000 Litres - **Colour**: Red - **Pre-Set Pressure (Bar)**: 4 - **Max Pressure (Bar)**: 10.0 - **Minimum Temperature**: -10°C - **Maximum Temperature**: 99°C - **Height**: 2160mm - **Diameter**: 800mm - **Water Connection**: 2" MBSP - **Product Code**: XVES050170 **Materials**: - Shell: Epoxy Coated - Membrane: EPDM - Bolted Flange: Stainless Steel **Standards and Approvals**: - WRAS approved for capacities up to 1000 litres - CE marked in accordance with Directive PED 97/23/CE - TÜV Certified - Materials for 1000 - 5000 litre models comply with BS 6920 Ensure the safety and efficiency of your water system with our high-quality stainless steel expansion vessels, designed for reliability and performance.
