Its innovative hybrid spring system, paired with an oversized dual-surface diaphragm, allows for precise pressure regulation ranging from 0 psia to 100 psig, delivering exceptional accuracy in both vacuum and positive pressure scenarios. Central to the EXS is AURA's unique encapsulated seat design, which combines multiple moving parts into a single assembly. The Altecnic / Caleffi Relief Valve - Pushfit Inlet - 312408 BRT is designed for use in domestic hot water systems, providing essential protection for hot water cylinders. Additionally, this relief valve safeguards heating systems, such as boilers and other critical components. The valve is chosen based on the required set pressure; as the pressure within the system increases and reaches the designated discharge pressure, the valve opens, releasing excess pressure to the atmosphere. This action prevents potentially dangerous pressure levels that could affect the boiler, hot water storage cylinder, and personnel nearby.
