Refrigeration Constant Pressure Valves with Check Valve Function

Refrigeration Constant Pressure Valves with Check Valve Function

Our product is designed to enhance the pressure on the discharge side of high-capacity compressor units during the startup phase, ensuring optimal operation. It remains closed until complete oil circulation is established, effectively preventing the refrigerant from condensing in the event of a compressor shutdown.

Product Specifications

Sizes: 1.1/2" to 6"

Connections: Flanged & Butt Weld

Materials: Steel or Stainless Steel

Medium: Glycol-based cold brine refrigerants EN 378 p. 1, such as NH3, R134a, R290 (propane), R507, and blends with refrigerant oil, suitable for neutral gases and liquids.

Set Pressure: 1 - 9 Barg

Temperature Range: -20 to +150 °C

Max Design Notes:

Ensure your high-capacity compressor units operate smoothly and safely with our advanced pressure enhancement solution. Ideal for industrial applications, our reliable product meets stringent standards and provides peace of mind to users.

ARI STOBU Stop Valve / Crown Valve

ARI STOBU Stop Valve / Crown Valve

The ARI STOBU Stop Valve, commonly referred to as a Crown Valve, is an essential component fitted to steam boilers, designed to effectively isolate the boiler steam from the associated processes or plant systems. Its name arises from its typical position at the top or "crown" of the boiler. The ARI STOBU Stop Valve is renowned for its reliability and performance in this crucial application.

Sizes: DN15 - DN100
Connections: Flanged PN40
Materials: Cast Steel (1.0619) body, stainless steel internals, graphite packing
Temperature: Max 180°C
Notes: Available in straight pattern or angle pattern.

FSSCDN - Nanoscored Rupture Discs

FSSCDN - Nanoscored Rupture Discs

The FSSCDN Nanoscored rupture disc features precision micro-scored petals with four, six, or more radial scores, ensuring rapid, controlled opening while minimizing the risk of petal separation. This design makes the disc particularly well suited for high burst pressure applications and demanding operating environments.

Engineered for use with gases and liquids, the FSSCDN performs reliably under cycling and pulsating conditions without compromising safety margins. In the event of overpressure, the disc activates within milliseconds and opens cleanly without fragmentation, making it an excellent solution for protecting safety relief valves.

The disc supports an operating-to-burst pressure ratio of up to 85% and offers excellent corrosion resistance, which can be further enhanced with an optional PTFE lining. In many installations, the disc can also withstand full vacuum conditions without the need for additional supports, providing greater installation flexibility.
