Hattersley Fig MH737 PN16 Variable Orifice Double Regulating Valve
Key Features and Benefits
• The double regulating feature allows for effective isolation of the valve, which can then be reopened to its pre-set position, ensuring the required flow rate is consistently maintained.
Product Specifications
• These Y-Pattern globe valves are designed specifically for flow regulation and isolation purposes.
• Each valve is supplied with Figure 631 test points, enabling straightforward flow measurement.
• Our valves comply with the standards set by BS 7350, and the ends are flanged in accordance with BS EN 1092-2 (previously BS 4504).
• An ANSI version (MHA737) is also available for those requiring alternative specifications.
Pressure and Temperature Ratings
• These valves are rated for a maximum pressure of 16 bar and can operate efficiently within a temperature range of -10 to 120ºC.
• The pressure ratings align with BS EN 1092-2 PN16 standards, ensuring reliability and safety for various applications.
Discover the ideal solution for your flow regulation and isolation needs with our high-quality Y-Pattern globe valves, designed for superior performance and compliance with UK standards.
FSGGRG - Graphite Rupture Discs
The FSGGRG Graphite Rupture Discs are replaceable and designed for mounting on either graphite holders (rated for pressures up to 10 bar g) or metal holders (up to 15 bar g). These highly versatile discs cater to a wide range of applications and are particularly efficient in handling aggressive fluids while exhibiting low sensitivity to temperature variations at bursting pressures. Constructed from ultra-pure graphite, the discs are impregnated with phenolic resins, which enhance their impermeability. When ruptured, they provide a complete opening while fragmenting into manageable pieces. For rupture pressures below 1.7 barg, vacuum support is necessary; however, these discs are self-supporting at higher pressure calibrations.
