Medenus RS250 Gas Pressure Regulator & Shut Off Valve

Medenus RS250 Gas Pressure Regulator & Shut Off Valve

The Medenus RS250 Gas Pressure Regulator and Shut-Off Valve guarantees a consistent outlet pressure, unaffected by fluctuations in the primary inlet pressure. This product excels in dynamic gas usage conditions, providing rapid pressure regulation during abrupt changes in flow rate. Furthermore, the integrated safety shut-off valve ensures secure operation by disabling the system if the pressure exceeds or falls below safe levels.

The Medenus RS250 Gas Pressure Regulator and Shut-Off Valve is compliant with the DVGW Code of Practice G260/262, making it suitable for a range of neutral and non-corrosive gases (additional gases available upon request). The Medenus RS250 features flange connections ranging from DN25 to DN100 and is capable of handling working pressures of up to 8 bar. All gas pressure regulators come certified by DVGW and CE, ensuring high-quality standards.

Our RS series regulators offer a variety of options, including a safety membrane, vent valve, remote release for the shut-off valve (SSV), noise reduction features, and more. For further information, please consult our documentation or contact us directly.

FSY90S - Sanitary Rupture Discs

FSY90S - Sanitary Rupture Discs

The FSY90S Sanitary Rupture Disc is a compression-loaded, reverse-acting disc with precision scoring around its circumference, engineered to meet the stringent hygiene standards of 3-A SSI for public health protection. Designed for use in the pharmaceutical, food, and biotechnology sectors, it is manufactured as standard from AISI 316L stainless steel, with alternative alloys available on request.

A smooth process-side surface makes the disc ideal for CIP and SIP cleaning processes, helping maintain aseptic conditions. Installation is simplified using PTFE gaskets certified to FDA, USP Class VI, 3-A, and EU 10/2011 standards, enabling secure fitment in sanitary clamp connections such as Tri-Clamp and Tank Connection fittings.

The FSY90S is suitable for use with gases or liquids (with a gas cushion) and performs reliably under cycling and pulsating conditions without compromising safety. On reversal, the disc opens fully within milliseconds along the scored line, ensuring clean, fragment-free rupture and dependable pressure relief.
