CONCOA 212 Series Regulator

CONCOA 212 Series Regulator

The CONCOA 212 Series is a five-port, chrome-plated forged brass, dual-stage cylinder regulator designed for primary pressure control of high-purity, non-corrosive, or liquefied inert gases (up to grade 4.5). Its dual-stage design ensures stable pressure and delivery regardless of supply pressure variations. Factory-configurable options include single-station manifolds, purge, low-pressure alarms, or multiple inlets.

Features:

  • 316L stainless steel diaphragm prevents inboard diffusion

  • CAPSULE® seat with 360° integral filtration in both stages

  • Standard relief valve protects diaphragm and gauges

  • High flow capacity for multiple user locations

  • Helium leak-tested for integrity

Specifications:

  • Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (210 BAR); optional 3500 PSIG (240 BAR) or 4500 PSIG (310 BAR)

  • Body: Chrome-plated forged brass; Bonnet: Chrome-plated die-cast zinc

  • Gauges: 2½" (63 mm) plated case

  • Seats: PCTFE (first stage), PTFE (second stage)

  • Filter: 10-micron sintered bronze

  • Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)

  • Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel; Cv: 0.28

  • Helium leak integrity: 1 × 10⁻⁸ scc/sec

  • Internal seals: PTFE; Ports: 1/4" FNPT

Push Button Drain Valve

Push Button Drain Valve

A marine push button drain valve is a manually operated, spring-loaded valve specifically designed to swiftly drain fluids—typically water, condensate, or small quantities of fuel/oil—from equipment or systems aboard ships. These valves are frequently found in locations where regular and controlled draining is essential, such as air reservoirs, filters, fuel systems, and low points in piping.

Purpose of a Push Button Drain Valve

  • Quickly release accumulated liquids (e.g., condensate or water) from:
    • Air tanks and compressors
    • Fuel or oil filters
    • Engine cooling systems
    • Pipe drains or low-point drains
  • Prevent system contamination or corrosion caused by trapped water

We offer a range of Push Button Drain Valves from several leading manufacturers. Please get in touch with us to discuss your specific requirements.

CONCOA 307 Series Regulator

CONCOA 307 Series Regulator

Four-Port, Chrome-Plated Brass Barstock, Rear-Entry Point-of-Use Regulator for High Purity Inert Gases

The CONCOA 307 Series regulator provides secondary pressure control for non-corrosive, liquefied, and ultra-high purity inert gases (up to grade 5.5). It is ideal for point-of-use pressure regulation in high purity gas distribution systems or for applications that can tolerate minor outlet pressure fluctuations due to diminishing supply or where inlet pressure is constant or below 500 PSIG (34 BAR). Rated to at least 3000 PSIG (210 BAR), the 307 Series rear-entry regulator is commonly used in laboratory installations and point-of-use panels.

Features

  • 316L stainless steel diaphragm prevents inboard diffusion

  • CAPSULE® seat design with integral 360° filtration

  • Low wetted surface area reduces purge requirements

  • Spectrometric helium leak check confirms leak integrity

Specifications

  • Max inlet pressure (bare body): 3000 PSIG (210 BAR)

  • Body: Chrome-plated brass barstock

  • Bonnet: Chrome-plated, die-cast zinc

  • Gauges: 2 in (50 mm) diameter plated case

  • Seat: PTFE

  • Filter: 10‑micron sintered bronze

  • Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)

  • Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel

  • Cv: 0.1

  • Helium leak integrity: 1×10⁻⁸ scc/sec

  • Internal seals: PTFE

  • Ports (bare body): 1/4 in FNPT

  • Conformances: CGA G‑4.1; ANSI/ASME B40.1; PED 2014/68/EU; CRN OH5216
