CONCOA 205 Series Regulator
The CONCOA 205 Series is a four-port, chrome-plated forged brass point-of-use regulator designed for high purity inert gas applications. It delivers secondary pressure control for non-corrosive, liquefied, high purity gases (up to grade 4.5) and is well suited to high purity gas distribution systems. With a maximum inlet pressure rating of at least 3000 PSIG (210 BAR), depending on configuration, it supports safe operation with high-pressure cylinders. Factory-installed options allow the regulator to be configured as a single-station manifold, with or without purge functionality.
Features:
316L stainless steel diaphragm reduces inboard diffusion
CAPSULE® seat design provides integral 360° filtration
3000 PSIG inlet rating enables safe high-pressure use
Standard relief valve protects gauges and diaphragm
Helium leak-tested to ensure leak integrity
Specifications:
Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (210 BAR)
Body: Chrome-plated forged brass; Bonnet: Chrome-plated die-cast zinc
Gauge: 2½" (63 mm) plated case
Seat: PTFE; Filter: 10-micron sintered bronze
Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)
Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel; Cv: 0.28
Helium leak integrity: 1 × 10⁻⁸ scc/sec
Internal seals: PTFE; Ports: 1/4" FNPT
Compliance: CGA G-4.1, PED 2014/68/EU, ANSI/ASME B40.1, CRN OH5216
FSLPDFA - Forward Acting Rupture Discs
The FSLPDFA Forward Acting Rupture Discs provide a straightforward, dependable, precise, and cost-effective solution for applications that necessitate exceptionally low pressure protection, whether positive or negative. These rupture discs are primarily designed to safeguard processing and storage tanks, atmospheric vessels, and silos which have low design pressures, thereby offering resistance only to minor pressures and vacuums. A particularly noteworthy application is their role in protecting biogas digesters. FSLPDFA rupture discs are flat composite structures comprising four key components: a slotted, perforated metal section, a sealing membrane (typically manufactured from PTFE but available in various other metallic or non-metallic materials), a protective section, and a calibration ring with blades to enhance membrane rupture. FSLPDFA rupture discs operate without fragmentation, helping to prevent product contamination, and can be tailored to meet a wide array of non-standard specifications and applications. These discs can be engineered for dual pressure and vacuum protection, making them capable of withstanding vacuum or counter-pressure situations.
