Hattersley Fig 866 PN25 Wafer Check Valve

Hattersley Fig 866 PN25 Wafer Check Valve

Features & Benefits

• Our check valves are engineered to allow fluid flow in a single direction while automatically closing if the flow reverses—this functionality is influenced by the pressure and velocity of the fluid.

• The Non-Slam design features a rubber seat and spring-assisted closure, ensuring reliable operation without the risk of slamming.

• The EPDM rubber seat promotes quiet operation and enhances the seating of the disk for superior performance.

• For sizes DN200 and above, eyebolts can be fitted to the tapped holes, complying with BS EN ISO 3226: 2010 (please note, eyebolts are not included with the valve).

• The robust design and construction make this valve particularly suitable for pump duty applications.

Specification

• The face-to-face dimensions adhere to BS EN 558 series 16 standards.

• This valve can be installed in both vertical and horizontal pipelines.

• When installed in vertical pipelines, the flow direction must be upwards.

• Suitable for use with group 2 liquids only, as specified by the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.

Pressure/Temperature Rating

• Model: Figure 866; Pressure Rating: PN25

• Temperature range: -10°C to 120°C
