The CONCOA 420 Series four-port, single-stage line regulator features SilcoNert® 2000-treated wetted surfaces for reactive or corrosive gases, providing stable primary or secondary pressure control. Ideal for ultra-pure, inert, or trace reactive gases like hydrogen sulfide, mercury, and nitric oxide, the regulator offers a metal-to-metal diaphragm seal, CAPSULE® seat with 360° filtration, cleanroom assembly, and front/rear panel mounting. Rated for up to 3000 PSIG (4500 PSIG optional), with SilcoNert® 2000 body, bonnet, diaphragm, and filter, PTFE seat and seals, 1/4 in FNPT ports, Cv 0.1, and helium leak integrity of 1×10⁻⁹ scc/sec. Conforms to CGA G-4.1, PED 2014/68/EU, ANSI/ASME B40.1, and CRN OH5216.5R2. Operating temperature: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C).

The CONCOA 492 Series regulator delivers primary pressure control for non-corrosive gases in high-purity, ultra-high-pressure applications. Instead of a diaphragm, it employs a robust piston assembly to safely manage extreme inlet pressures. Factory-installed options allow configuration as a single-station manifold, with or without purge, low-pressure alarm, or multiple inlets.
