The CONCOA 401 Series six-port, chrome-plated brass barstock regulator provides single-stage primary pressure control for ultra-high purity inert, non-corrosive, or liquefied gases (up to grade 5.5). Ideal for applications tolerating minor outlet fluctuations or with constant/low inlet pressure (<500 PSIG/34 BAR), it is front-panel mountable and configurable with purge, low-pressure alarm, or multiple inlets. Key features include metal-to-metal diaphragm seal, CAPSULE® seat with 360° filtration, pipe-away relief valve, cleanroom assembly, captured vent bonnet, and helium leak-checked integrity. Specifications: max inlet 3000 PSIG (210 BAR) standard; body and bonnet chrome-plated brass; PTFE/PCTFE seats; 10 µm sintered bronze filter; 316L diaphragm; Cv 0.1; 1/4 in FNPT ports; 2 in gauges; temperature -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C). Conforms to CGA G-4.1, ANSI/ASME B40.1, PED 2014/68/EU, CRN OH5216.
